Love this place. Everyone is helpful and friendly to assist. And there are swing practice facilities to let you try before you buy. Huge selections of everything. This is like CostCo of golf here in the neighborhood. New, used clubs, tools to help you improve your game, free consultation for clubs and swings. Most of all, everyone is just like old friends that you can joke around and have fun while shopping or simply browsing. I walk by this place everyday and I always love to stop by just to see the new things and have touch of it. Easy parking and wheel chair accessible, what a thoughtful design.

Golf! Wow. Great deals on golf bags, clubs, shoes, and clothes. Lots of helpful staff. They also have the Taylor made West LA performance center as well as the Callaway performance center within the facility. Easy parking. I can’t believe I went to Dick’s Sporting Goods all the time near my house instead of coming here. It’s worth the drive.

TRUTH about the "90-day" returns, that they don't tell you at the store. Upon shopping for putters (or any club for that matter), I was told I could return it within 90 days - even the demo clubs. So, I thought - let me buy these 2 putters & try them out for a bit to see which I like better. Win-win, right? In the end, it was a tough decision - thought about keeping both, but at $300 a pop, it wasn't going to happen. When I did return it, in pristine condition by the way, I was given a store credit, not a refund! Wait, WHAT?! The sign says you will get a full refund OR store credit - but not (a refund), apparently, if you actually USE the club!? HOW am I supposed to test them out, without using the club?? And WHY would I need 90 days to return a club, that I never used? It makes NO sense! It's completely misleading and not how the sales people promote it to the customers. Yeah, I'll eventually use the store credit - maybe over the course of 2 years buying balls & such, but that's not the point! Look, I've been going to Roger Dunn for over 30 years, and always have great interactions with the staff, but this is anything BUT "100% satisfaction guaranteed..." This "deal" is not as it seems - buyer BEWARE!

The manager here is atrocious. Went to purchase a travel case from them and drop of clubs for shipping (as they are a drop off location for Ship Sticks). I had called ahead and was told no problem to come in -- and was never told I needed to bring the paperwork with me. The manager said because I hadn't printed the paperwork ahead of time, they wouldn't ship them. I offered to do it on my phone and email them so they could print it -- and was told, "That is not a service we offer, you can find a Staples" and they refused to help in any way -- even after I said I was short on time and asked if there was anything they could do to help. So they didn't sell a $400 travel case because they wouldn't help print a piece of paper for a service that they are a drop-off location for. Horrible.

Just went to Roger Dunn for the first time. Both the customer behind me and myself were disappointed. Came prepared to purchase wedges. Waited patiently for my turn in the bay asked some questions about wedges. Felt like I was left alone. Nobody set the tracker up. Nobody asked how I was doing. I asked the guy working if they were busy. His response "yes but No." Employee still didnt ask if i needed any help and went to another customer eventhough i patiently waited my turn. I went to the front counter to buy an article of clothing. I watched as a clerk could ring us up but ignored us for what felt like 4 minutes. Finally the counter employee rang me up. He said I need to come in on different day if I want help in the back area. Sounds like it is a regular issue. I asked for the managers name and was given the wrong name at first. Which leaves the question am I not supposed to expect quality service at Roger Dunn on the weekends?
